Description:
This block converts text to speech.

Requirements:
Moodle 1.8, AT&T Natural Voices server edition

Installation instructions:
1. Extract archive into your hard drive.
2. Copy folder “text_to_speech” in to your moodle/blocks directory.
3. Go to http://yourmoodlesite.com/admin
4. Go to http://yourmoodlesite.com/admin/blocks.php page. Click “Text to Speech” Settings link and add the link to your AT&T Natural Voices server.

Options:
none.

Instructions on how to use:
1. Add “text to speech” block to the course page.
2. Go to “text to speech” page write your text and click “Convert text to speech” button.
3. Download the file to your hard drive and play it.
