Assignment (patch)

Warning: Need to setup filters before.
Description:
This package has 4 assignment types:

voice_comment

voice_comment

- voice comment. Teacher can make voice comments in text, student can listen to them.
- listen and record. This is new assignment type that allows teachers to create “voice record assignment “. Students can complete the assignment by recording their voice online. Teacher is able to listen and evaluate the spoken language online.
- upload single with voice. Submit post with voice record.
- voicerecord. Students can complete the assignment by recording their voice online. The teacher is able to listen and evaluate the spoken language online.

Requirements:
Moodle 1.8.2, Moodle 1.9, Flash Media Server

Installation instructions:
1. Upload “lang” and “type”, to “assignment” folder to your moodle/mod directory.
2. Add line to config.php file in moodle root directory
$CFG->fms = ‘YourFmsLink’; // or your own fms server
3.  If you want to use NanoGong , add line
$CFG->userecordtype = ‘nanogong’;
into config.php file which is placed in Moodle root

Options:
none.

Instructions on how to use:
1. Go to Course page and click “Turn editing on” button
2. Select “Assignment / voice record” from the activity menu.

    I couldn’t record anything.

  • Please try to replace Assignment (patch) files (download archive one more time). I’ve corrected the link to FMS server to “netcourse.org FMS test server”. It should work.

  • after coping /type/voicerecord/audioplayer.swf
    –> /blog folder

    i could hear the assignment in the teacher grade view

    simple assignment record and play was working before the copy.

    other then that it works great :-)
