Voice forum (Patch)
Description:
This patch allows adding voice record to Moodle forum.
Requirements:
Moodle 1.9, Flash Media Server
Installation instructions:
1. Be sure that you have downloaded the patch version which is suitable for your Moodle
2. Copy “filter”, “lang”, “mod” folders to Moodle “root” directory.
3. Add the line
$CFG->fms = ‘Kochi-Tech.net’;
into config.php file which is placed in Moodle root
4. Go to Moodle filters activation page.
yourmoodle/admin/settings.php?section=managefilters
And activate “Flash Media Server voice recording” filter.
5. If you want to use NanoGong , add line
$CFG->userecordtype = ‘nanogong’;
into config.php file which is placed in Moodle root
Options:
none
Instructions on how to use:
1. Go to “Add forum post” page.
2. Click record in “Voice posting” area.
3. Mark “Save recording” check box.

I tried your server and the test server in config but no recorder shows up

Hi there, I am getting a large number of students that can’t access the internet. When they log on and open IE they don’t get the default web page or a log in screen. It appears to be random, I have tried setting up new user accounts but this also appeasrs to be hit and miss on whether they get access.
Any ideas?
