This patch allows adding voice record to Moodle forum.

Requirements:
Moodle 1.9, Flash Media Server
Installation instructions:
1. Be sure that you have downloaded the patch version which is suitable for your Moodle
2. Copy &#8220;filter&#8221;, &#8220;lang&#8221;, &#8220;mod&#8221; folders to Moodle &#8220;root&#8221; directory.
3. Add the line
$CFG-&#62;fms = &#8216;Kochi-Tech.net&#8217;;
into config.php file which is placed in Moodle root
